Edinburgh- studying the education of students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Six special educator students, three university professors and two sign language interpreters and a large box of posters illustrating the Swedish Sign Language hand alphabet. Which reminds me I only know three letters of the British Sign Language alphabet, namely EDG. It is also the sign of the city where we will be staying these 3-4-6 nights depending who you are. We are going to visit three schools and attend three or four talks about education of DHH as well as about research in sign language and interpretation. Tomorrow we will start with Hamilton School for the Deaf which is closer to Glasgow really.
