Traveling with a colleague who is a native of the country opens up parts of a culture for us. We visited Haus Khas, The Royal Tank which the pictures can'd do justice to. A huge reservoar designed in the 1200s. There were a lot of encounters with people yesterday. It is difficult to describe but there are more people than we are used to around us but there is a calm and chaotic pattern that enables all of us to move without hindering each other or getting run over.  Adventures were had as well but I will get back to that later. It involved a auto rickshaw, a lost taxi and two circles of shops in an exciting area of commerce... to say the least.
